Folk in Harmony Book 1

The Tunes offered here with accompaniments for piano or harp are chosen from those that are popular with Northumbrian pipers, especially in their first years. They are to a large extent taken from the repertoire of the Longframlington Village Pipers. Two Melody Booklets are included: one for the Northumbrian pipes or Bb instruments, the other for any non-transposing instrument e.g. flute, violin or recorder. Tunes include: The Rowan Tree, Winster Galop, The Road To Dundee, The South Wind.
