John A. MacLellan (1921-1991) was a British Army Piper whose playing, teaching, and leadership were revered by those who knew him. He was the youngest ever Pipe Major in the British Army, the first Director of Army Bagpipe Music, and won countless piping competitions. In Bagpipe Music For Dancing he compiles over 40 different tunes for the Bagpipe, including both Highland dancing and Country dancing. Information about dance competition protocol is also included.
